It's David from Lifestyle Beverages, makers of TrimWater.  I saw your most recent blogs, and you haven't followed up in a while  I hope you have continued your weight loss journey, and that you have gotten control of our emotional spiral and its impact on your health.

You are right, it's a vicious cycle - emotions/eating/emotional about eating/eating some more/more emotions...

But, you can control - when you start to feel that way, try to focus on a singular positive about yourself, and why you started this journey in the first place.  Then take a deep breath, and, hopefully, that will help.

It's a struggle, but a worthwhile one -
