Last night, I didn’t sleep at all, and then around nine in the morning today, I passed out for two hours before getting up again. Despite being exhausted, the day seems to be zooming by. For breakfast today, I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich as well as a cup of 1% milk. Since then, I’ve only had half a liter of water.
Why haven’t I been eating better? Where is my crazy list of exercise? Well, my schedule is all messed up today. I was hoping to go to bed relatively early last night to be re-energized for today, but that’s not what happened. With how tired I am, I am unable to do much of anything, but I will only mess up my sleeping schedule more if I go to sleep now, and so I wait.
My wife should be home soon from her trip, and we can then, hopefully, go to the grocery store to get some fresh fruit and vegetables as currently our pantry is fairly empty.
I am hoping to find some time and energy today to go for a long walk, as well as doing some stairs, and maybe even a push up or two. I can’t wait to tell my wife all about this site, my goal and all of you, my readers. Please, continue sending in all the inspirational and motivational material you have, as I really appreciate it.
Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day.
