So traditionally, supper, or the last meal of the day, has always been the largest, with nearly all of my calories coming from the one meal. Usually, this meal is consumed about five or six hours before bed, and during the period of inactivity, since I don’t do any exercise in the evenings.
I have decided to shift my biggest meal to lunch time. While most people recommend having breakfast be the largest meal is the best way to lose weight and increase your metabolism, I am not ready to move to that point yet, and so have decided to move my biggest caloric intake to noon.
I think this should help, over the course of time, to remove a few extra pounds as my biggest work out time is early afternoon, so I can burn away those lunch time calories before I eat a smaller meal in the evening.
I am not sure what the short term effects of moving my biggest intake to lunch time will be, as I am sure my metabolism is usually depressed most of the day with a jolt near the evening meal. Will I gain weight at first by doing this? Is it a good mid-step between eating the biggest meal at supper time, or at breakfast time? Only time will tell.
