Three PM Runaway: Day 1

Today Ryan and I did our first Three PM Runaway. He focused on his sister in-law who is coming to stay with him for a bit, and I did some Nintendo Wii Boxing, as well a fairly long walk.

I didn’t get as much done as I had hoped, but making sure that I spent the time to focus on my health for a solid hour (which actually turned into an hour and a half), was great.

The Wii Boxing, at least the way I play it, really got me sweating. Doing some running up and down the stairs for a bit got my heart pumping, and walking around in the freezing cold of Ontario snow squall weather is always fun, and difficult.

I look forward to continuing the Three PM Runaway on Monday. If you are able to join in, I’d love to hear what you do to focus on your health for one solid hour every day. Do you take extra time to prepare a healthy supper, work out, or read up on better ways to get in the best shape of your life? All of these are valid ways to spend time focused on your health, and I will be exploring a variety of different things as part of my Three PM Runaway.
