No, it isn’t deja vu. I didn’t lose any weight this past week. I guess I am going to have to step it up a notch if I want to meet my goals. I have many excuses why I didn’t drop my two pounds this week, but I am very hopeful that part of the lack of a drop has to do with all the water and whatnot I am taking in.
I have been stepping up my exercise with the Wii and walking, but the cold weather is slowing me down from doing more stuff outside to get the pounds off. I also haven’t yet purchased some weights for me to use at home.
Here’s hoping this week is better.
