I have been getting a huge amount of great feedback related to this blog. I love all the advice, tips, tricks, and all the information that is being passed my way. I continually remind myself that when I am blogging, I am taking away time from working out, preparing a healthy meal or some other “thing” that could be helping me towards my goal of getting fit, but this blog helps get me in the right mindset, and helps me justify the time I do spend doing stairs, crunches, and other physical activities.
Also, starting tomorrow, I will be recording what I am doing to get healthier. The things I eat, the exercise I do, as well as any issues, cravings, or new things I have learnt. This blog will be just as much about recording my progress, and helping keep me on track as it will be about informing you of all the things I learn along the way.
I also hope that this blog not only inspires me but others as well to do better with regards to their fitness.
Lastly, I hope to have a few other people add their contributions to Blogging Weight as they have the time and inclination. I hope to get my cousin, Mark on here, who has been doing an amazing job fighting his own battle of the bulge, as well as my wife, and a few of my friends and blogging colleagues.
